Advent is a time for waiting. about introspection, getting ready for the holiday, stillness, and hope. Instead, this time of year has come to represent hurry, stress, and shopping for the majority of us.
Holiday planning is often accompanied by fear and anxiety. From a psychological standpoint, this time of year is demanding. Studies have also shown how difficult it is for people to listen to Christmas songs while under stress. Listening to the same music for weeks on end is not at all healthy. In this situation, boredom, anxiety, and stress may win out over a person.
Psychologists claim that listening to Christmas music nonstop during the Advent season is mentally draining.
We wanted to know whether our consumers enjoy Christmas music at this time of year, so we conducted a Pulzus study to find out.
