How many hours do you sleep a day? – A survey by Pulzus

There is increasing evidence that sleep problems can play a major role in the development of cardiac insufficiency.

According to the latest large-scale American research, healthy sleep habits reduce the risk of cardiac arrest in adults. Among adults who report healthy sleep patterns, the risk of cardiac arrest is 42 percent lower than for those with unhealthy sleep patterns. Regular 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep is necessary for the proper functioning of the body, and according to the new research, this can also decrease the risk of cardiac insufficiency.
