More and more Hungarians turn to a mental therapist for the post-Covid syndrome. The virus keeps us in fear, and if we catch it, even the thought of dying due to the virus may pop into our minds. Home quarantine and home office-induced closure only enhance all these.
Most people are fed up with the fact that the virus has turned their lives upside down. They work from home, and they can not meet their friends and relatives. The pandemic has undermined our belief in the world`s security. Experts say meditation can help alleviate these discomforts.
It has been practiced in the Far East, India, China, and Japan since ancient times and is now experiencing its heyday in the Western world. Meditation has significant mental and physical benefits, and just 10 minutes a day may be enough to make a difference. The method is based on the natural functioning of the mind and is easy for everyone to master.
We wanted to know if Pulzus users have already tried meditation.
Based on the above data, the response of the research participants is staggering, as 40% of respondents have not tried and do not plan to try meditation.
