The operational team and its work group established during an emergency or health crisis are subject to a new government decree that states that the “data used to base the decision prepared or recorded during the procedure for making a decision falling within its tasks and powers” of the operational team and work group are not considered public data. For ten years, this data is encrypted.
The directive is already being utilized in ongoing processes once it came into effect.
In the Pulzus application, we asked our users whether they agree with the fact that it can only be made public in 2032, based on which data a decision was made?
81% of respondents disagree with this decision.
