Since the decree essentially stopped nature preservation, everything depends on the professional sense of responsibility of the foresters.\\r\\nUp until now, the forestry authority could decide whether a forest was suitable for felling based on the traits and health status of the tree species that make up the tree population; however, from this point forward, this is merely a suggestion in state forests. Thus, younger forests can also be harvested.
