\nThe Story of My Wife, directed by Ildik\u00f3 Enyedi, was based on F\u00fcst Mil\u00e1n\u2019s novel of the same name, translated into over 20 languages and nominated for the Nobel Prize in Literature.
\nAnd Korn\u00e9l Mundrucz\u00f3\u2019s new drama, Evolution, is about the inherited traumas and the possibilities of processing them. Three generations\u2019 relationships \u2013 Eve, Lena, and Jonah \u2013 are entwined with the historical traumas of the twentieth century, and they all want to recover.<\/p>\n

These two Hungarian films will be represented at the Cannes Film Festival, from July 6 to 17.
\nBoth directors have already been recognized on the international stage, and now they have the chance to do so once more.<\/p>\n

We asked Pluzus users whether they follow the success of Hungarian films.
\n34% of our respondents mostly do, while 27% don\u2019t really, and 25% don\u2019t follow at all.<\/p>\n
