A flexible framework needs to be developed that takes into account employee needs and changed habits.<\/p>\n<p>Corporate executives worldwide are trying to make working from home more tolerable for employees in several ways \u2014 via a virtual coffee break or an online lunch with colleagues, possibly a less formal online meeting.
